Blister Duo contains two types of blister plasters: one for prevention and one for protection. A complete solution for both avoiding blisters and caring for them when they occur.

  • Prevention: Protects skin from friction

  • Care: Protects blisters and allows undisturbed healing

Blister Prevention: Hydrocolloid plaster that relieves pressure and friction to help prevent blisters before they form.

Blister Care: Hydrogel plaster that protects existing blisters, relieves pressure, and supports undisturbed healing.

When to use

  • Blister Prevention is best suited for prevention of blisters, before the blister has occured or there’s redness on the skin.
  • Blister Care is designed for intact and/or broken blisters.

Caution: people with impaired wound healing e.g. diabetics/elderly, should check their blister regularly. Do not use on blood blisters or deep, heavily bleeding or infected blisters.

How to apply

Blister Prevention

  1. The skin should be clean and dry, free from any dirt or lotion.
  2. Remove the protective plastic layer without touching the adhesive.
  3. Apply the plaster and then remove the protective paper.
  4. Attach the plaster and ensure the edges are secure by smoothing it onto the skin.

 

Blister Care

  1. The skin should be clean and dry, free from any dirt or lotion.
  2. Tear to open the protective plaster pouch. Remove the protective paper (marked 1).
  3. Center the plaster over the blister and smooth out any wrinkles. Remove the white folded tab.
  4. Remove the protective plastic top layer (marked 2).
