Blister Prevention Heels & Toes is a mix of hydrocolloid blister plaster for heels and toes. The plasters provide instant pressure relief and protect against friction. They are ideal for preventing blisters before they appear and offer discreet, comfortable protection. The plasters is waterproof, dirt-resistant, and breathable for everyday use.
The packaging includes 6 blister plasters especially developed for heels and 4 for toes.

This blister plaster is best suited for prevention of blisters, before the blister has occured or there’s redness on the skin.
Caution: people with impaired wound healing e.g. diabetics/elderly, should check their blister regularly. Do not use on blood blisters or deep, heavily bleeding or infected blisters.
Keep the plaster on until it falls off naturally. Grabbing one end and stretching carefully along the skin easily removes the plaster.
